I had the opportunity to capture a fun and laid back Kitchener newborn session for this really cool and down to earth family.
When I arrive at a family’s home for their newborn session I usually ask Dad for a quick tour to check out the window light and to get a feel for the home’s character and unique features. I love incorporating the family’s art, fur siblings and special pieces of furniture whenever possible.
In this case I was instantly drawn to their gorgeous staircase! Can you blame me? Gorgeous light, inspirational poster and sweet sleepy newborn.
Nothing compares to watching new parents soak in their little one. It makes my heart melt every time.
I can picture lots of snuggles, story time and maybe a little video gaming on this couch with dad in the future.
Poppy Lee and Marlie are bound to be best friends. Poppy Lee’s nursery was decorated with her very talented Mom’s artwork.
